七つの習慣には結構感銘を受けたのですが、これは正直今イチ。
第三の案と言う表題が示すように、対立する意見だけで物事を考えるではなく、それらの意見を超えて第三の案を考えるべきだと言うのが主題。それは理解出来るし賛成なのですが、それだけのために500ページ強が必要だったのかと。
同じことの繰り返しなので後半は流し読みになってしまいました。
