came to know that i should never provide unsolicited solutions to men.
i should just accept and encourage the ongoing situations unless i am asked for help.
私は求めてもいない口出しをされると苛立ちやすかったし相手はどうにもならないことについてよく喋る人だった(それで私は責められてるとよく勘違いした)
setting boundaries. Say no.
問題について喋りだす最初に助けてーって言ったらいいのでは
私はもっと愛されたいと思っているほうが自然なのかもしれない

愛し合いたいdesune
これを読んで無理ではないとわかったので
ずーっと愛したいdesune
正しく相手の助けを得ながらね
もう言いたいことを飲み込む必要ないことはわかったし、だからといって鋭く隙なく自分を守る為に刃物になる必要もないことがわかった。
読んでる間、色々な気持ちが起こった。
きっと大切にできる。
