Dharavi

Dharavi is one of the largest slum in the world. This is located at the center of Mumbai.

Actually, there are many challenges such as high density, water mafia, air/water pollution, poor education system and so on. However, Dharavi is changing and there are various people, poet, pottery, mafia, dancer, entrepreneur. This book showed me one aspect of diversity in India.

実際のところ色んな課題があります。高い人口密度、水マフィア、水、大気汚染、教育システムの欠如などなど。とは言っても、いろいろ良い方向に変わろうとしているし、今このときをここで過ごしている人達がいるのも事実。この本はインドの多様性の一つの側面を示してくれました。
