Another book by the author of the original of 3 idiots.

This book depicted concerns, ambitions, failures of some men and women work at a call center. It was easy to read and gave me some insights regarding working in call center for rich country such as US.

Actually it seemed like this is for movie. I hope it comes true.


3 idiots(きっとうまくいく)の原作者による本。コールセンターで働く男女の悩み、希望、挫折を綴っている一冊。非常に読みやすいです。アメリカ向けにBPO(Business Process Outsourcing)としてコールセンターで働くと言うことがインド人にとってどういう意味を持つのかと言うことについて考えさせられます。

と言うか、すごく映画向けな内容。映画化されないかなー。
